When the school nurse told me that my daughter Jessie was nearsighted, not only was my heart broken, I was also shocked! Both my husband and I have 20/20 vision. I never expected this could happen to my daughter.  I inquired about corneal reshaping from a doctor in China. He promptly told me if Jessie was his daughter he would never allow her to wear these lenses!

Fast forward two years later and she has not needed to wear eyeglasses or contact lenses during the day. My daughter is happy. I feel the year of searching for the right treatment has been rewarded. I would certainly recommend to other parents to consider this technology for their children if they wear eyeglasses.
